In the term two holidays I went go-karting with my family my mum and dad didn't do it but me and my sister did. First we waited for our helmets and the call for us to go in to our karts my kart was 50 on my first race and my sister was 47 suddenly we started I wasn't going fast same as everyone else I was pushing so hard on the acceleration when suddenly I went super fast it had started! I started cutting corners and on the straight part my sister crashed and crashed everyone on the straight part excepted me because I swerved to the right then after that race we wanted to go home.

I really like the words you used swerved and acceleration. They are interesting for the readers. Think about some of your sentences - can you make some of your sentences shorter?
